Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses HighSchool LEARN Academy (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
Who may use the Service
The Service is provided to schools, teachers, and their students. Student accounts are created or invited by a teacher or administrator. If you are under 18, a school or guardian must approve your use.
Accounts
- Keep your login information private and do not share it with others.
- Provide accurate information when signing up.
- Teachers and administrators are responsible for the accounts they invite.
Acceptable use
- Be kind and respectful in anything you write in the app.
- Do not attempt to access other people's accounts, records, or teacher-only tools.
- Do not upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
- Do not disrupt, copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service.
Educational content
Lessons, activities, and course materials are provided for classroom and instructional use. Content is aligned to state standards where noted, but it does not replace a school's official curriculum, IEP decisions, or professional judgment of educators.
Content you create
Teachers and students keep ownership of the plans, notes, and work they create. You grant us permission to store and display that content in order to operate the Service for your school.
Third-party connections
If you connect an outside service such as Google Classroom, your use of that service is also governed by that provider's own terms. You may disconnect at any time.
Availability and changes
We may update, add, or remove features, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
Suspension
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or put other users' safety or privacy at risk.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.
